AIObingo provides a platform for creating and participating in bingo-style boards that track progress using external data sources, including RuneScape highscores.

The Service may be used with or without an account.

2. Accounts

If you create an account:

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information where required.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Anonymous Use

You may use the Service without creating an account by submitting usernames or participating in public boards.

You acknowledge that:

• No ownership or control over submitted data is guaranteed without an account.
• Anonymous submissions may not be recoverable or editable later.

4. Public Nature of the Service

All boards and submitted data are public by default unless explicitly stated otherwise.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

• Usernames and board data may be visible to others.
• Boards may be shared publicly via links.
• We do not guarantee confidentiality of submitted data.

5. User Submissions

You may submit usernames, labels, and other content ("User Submissions").

You agree that:

• You will not impersonate others or misrepresent identity.
• You will not submit unlawful, abusive, or harmful content.

We reserve the right to remove or restrict content at our discretion.

6. Third-Party Data Sources

The Service retrieves and displays data from third-party sources, including RuneScape highscores.

You acknowledge that:

• We do not control or guarantee the accuracy of third-party data.
• Data may be delayed or incorrect.
• The Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by RuneScape or its operator, Jagex.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Abuse or spam the Service (e.g., mass board creation).
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes.

8. Data Retention and Availability

We do not guarantee permanent storage of any data.

• Boards and submissions may be modified or deleted at any time.
• Anonymous data may be lost or unrecoverable.
• Account-associated data may be retained or deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Service (excluding User Submissions and third-party data) are owned by AIObingo. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service without permission.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees regarding:

• Accuracy of external data.
• Availability or uptime.
• Preservation of any boards or content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIObingo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or restrict access to the Service, including accounts, at any time for violations of these Terms or abuse of the platform.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable laws of your province.
